Phil
Phil was brought to us by a lady that had found him wandering the streets.  She had been feeding him trying to gain his trust when she realized that there was a chain in his neck so she called us.  He was brought to us on a Saturday and we rushed him to the vet for emergency surgery, it was so imbedded they had to remove some flesh with the chain when they removed it.
Less than a week later, Phil is healing well from the surgery, he gets his stitches out next week.  It's taking a while, but he's slowly learning that he can trust us.  He doesn't mind cats and so far has gotten along with the dogs that he's met.

If you can help with his surgery costs.
