CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION

NEXT STEPS

What do I need to do if I am interested in adopting a cat or kitten?

Once you submit your online application, please allow 5-7 business days for us to review your application and notify you. Any dogs/pets already in the home must be current on rabies, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and spayed/neutered. If you have extenuating circumstances regarding why your current pets are not spayed/neutered, you can explain them on the application.

We will follow up with the Vet you listed on your application. If you rent, we will contact your landlord to inquire about the pet policy. If you upload proof of rabies, S/N, and preventions for the other animals in your home on your adoption application, it will help expedite the process.

All applications must be completed in their entirety and truthfully. Anything else will delay or void the application.

Please note that, depending on the day you submit your application, Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the 5-7 business days, as we typically can't contact a veterinary clinic or leasing office on weekends due to their business hours. We are closed on Mondays.

Our "foster to adopt" program allows you and the animal to adjust to each other in a two-week trial home setting. You can work with the animal to transition into your home, lifestyle, and schedule during this time.

The Adoption Fee for a Cat or Kitten is $200
